Business Analyst for Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay Processes

**Job Description:**

SAP Application Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our S/4HANA system. As a Business Analyst for Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, you will be responsible for providing support by resolving incidents and service requests, conducting system troubleshooting, and managing testing activities including User Acceptance and Pre-Production Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to project delivery through solution design, deployment of change requests, and collaboration across teams to ensure business impacts are considered.
  • Handle system configuration changes, continuous improvements, and enhancements, while reviewing and deploying support packs and version upgrades.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEFs).
  • Manage data-related tasks including collection, mapping, conversion, and migration, and analyze financial data to generate business insights.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional with a strong understanding of SD and MM modules, as well as S/4HANA. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Business or a related discipline
  • Relevant industry certification
  • Relevant SAP certification
