Job Purpose/Summary:
The Cash Services Analyst is an integral part of the Cash Forecasting team. They are responsible for daily management of cash forecasting, which includes maintaining the cash forecast system as well as keeping accurate records for the team. Maintains strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure the cash forecasting requirements are met. The Cash Services Analyst will work under general supervision, reviewed by Management. Decisions and result have an impact on the function and their success.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cash management forecasting- Produce listing for order generation- Maintain cash forecast system and records- Verify daily cash orders- Participate in day to day activities for Cash Services- Resolve card holder issues via card holder dispute resolution process on a daily basis- Investigate and resolve other problems and escalate as required- Provide support to the Senior Cash Services Analysts to ensure the effective operation of the department

- Demonstrated efficiency in reducing bailment and CIT provider costs-
- Reduction in resolution time with card holder disputes-

- Establishment of and maintaining of strong relationships with Customers and Merchants Staff-
- Establishment of and maintaining of strong relationships with Operations StaffMinimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance preferred but not essential

Experience- ATM Manager Pro and ATM Master preferred- Triton Connect and Moniview- A strong understanding of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) processes- Cash Forecasting or similar background highly desired- Experience handling large volume of cash essential
