Job Title: Property Manager

The Senior Property Coordinator is responsible for managing the Department's occupied and surplus property to meet requirements. They will ensure that any under-utilised premises, whether owned or leased, are available for use within the Department's requirements for accommodation.

  • Manage office accommodation, maintenance of leased premises, building management and office fitouts.
  • Negotiate and coordinate office accommodation, maintenance of leased premises and building management.
  • Prepare budgets, coordinate resources, manage contracts, authorise payments and procure goods and services to implement agreed initiatives.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

To be successful in this role, you will have:

">
  • Demonstrated substantial experience in property management and leasing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience to manage minor works and maintenance projects.
  • Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), including negotiation and mediation skills, and the ability to develop and leverage working relationships with a range of stakeholders to achieved project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated resource management and planning skills including financial management and information management and the ability to lead teams.
