  • Managing a 100-property portfolio
  • Preparing and completing leases, renewals, and variations
  • Conducting property viewings and processing applications
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
  • Up to date Property Management registration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary Type: Annual Salary
  • Salary Min: A$80,000
  • Salary Max: A$85,000
  • Currency Type: AUD
  • Generous salary plus commission for new business
