About the Role:

Audika is seeking a highly skilled Group Marketing Manager to lead the creation and growth of our multi-channel lead generation programs across Australia. As the brand custodian for Audika, you will be responsible for building and creating a brand that is the envy of our peers and a leading hearing healthcare brand in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market awareness and create demand for Audika's services.
  • Plan, manage, and successfully implement marketing campaigns that improve brand awareness, ensure brand consistency, increase consideration of the brand, and prompt consumers to have a hearing test in our clinics.
  • Manage and lead the acquisition and digital campaigns to meet the acquisition targets set by the business.
  • Develop channel strategies to meet our new customer acquisition goals and track and analyze the performance of all advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Digital marketing qualifications are desirable.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of marketing experience and 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Must be experienced in the development and execution of an acquisition marketing strategy.
  • Strong direct response marketing experience in an environment generating leads.
  • Retail, Insurance, Financial Services, or Health Care Marketing background is preferred.
  • Experience managing a similar-sized team of marketers.
