Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, providing necessary information and support
  • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, utilizing resources and staff availability
  • Verify patient information during registration and intake processes
  • Promptly address patient inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff for streamlined patient flow
  • Support administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and data entry
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration preferred
  • Prior experience in patient services or healthcare administration advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and staff
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and office management software
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
