Senior Consultant Loyalty

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Personal Everyday Banking team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer obsession, loyalty and rewards, and be able to drive simplification and velocity in delivery through disciplined execution focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of a market-leading loyalty proposition to drive growth in customers, deposits and bank choice
  • Deliver on the strategic roadmap and evolution of the Personal Everyday Banking loyalty offers and rewards program
  • Develop pricing models, commercial analysis, customer value and differentiating features and rewards
  • Ensure the proposition meets clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability and technical feasibility
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar senior consultant loyalty program coupled with experience in driving ideas & innovation, customer strategy and execution
  • Financial modeling experience coupled with proven analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working
