Job Title: In-Home Care Support Specialist

As an In-Home Care Support Specialist, you will provide tailored support to clients in their homes. This role requires you to assist with personal care, mobility, and social support, as well as help with domestic tasks and maintaining relationships and goals.

About the Role

- Provide one-on-one support to clients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
- Help maintain client independence by assisting with domestic tasks and encouraging participation in daily activities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in aged care, disability, or home & community care
  • Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
