Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the development, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation practices, data analysis, and market research to help ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys and internal data.
  • Analyze job descriptions to determine appropriate salary levels.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions for new hires, promotions, and annual reviews.
  • Support the development of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs.
  • Evaluate compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Participate in compensation-related projects such as salary audits, equity reviews, and pay transparency initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain compensation reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in annual compensation planning processes including merit and bonus cycles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with compensation survey tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CCP certification is a plus but not required.
