Asset Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our asset management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project deliverables, identify new projects, and manage customer relationships to ensure needs and expectations are fully satisfied.
  • Develop operational readiness activities, including maintenance strategy development, spares assessments, CMMS builds, and operations and maintenance procedures.
  • Grow the asset management team by identifying new opportunities and delivering results that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Review, implement, and improve asset management systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive practical experience preferably across maintenance and/or operations, and asset management consulting services.
  • Experience with CMMS, FMECA, RBI, RCM, RCA, FFS, or similar maintenance processes/systems.
  • Demonstrated track record in a consulting/project environment, securing new opportunities and extending service opportunities with customers.
  • The energy and passion to challenge themselves, innovate, and deliver above and beyond client expectations.
  • A willingness to travel and undertake site work when required.
