Team Leader - Corporate Travel
Job Description:The successful Team Leader - Corporate Travel will be responsible for managing a team of corporate travel consultants in our Perth office. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team of corporate travel consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to align business objectives and develop key performance indicators.
- Monitor and analyse team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
- Ensure all consultants are up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
- Manage competing priorities, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to the development of training programs, ensuring that all team members receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
