We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Aboriginal Services Branch as an Administrative and Project Support Officer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities, while developing your skills and experience in administrative and project support.

About the role:

  • Help administer, develop, implement, monitor, review and evaluate Aboriginal employment and career development strategies to increase and maintain the number of Aboriginal staff members within our organisation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Aboriginal Services Branch, including managing competing projects/demands and coordinating activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills, be a team player, and have an understanding of the complex needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.

About you:

  • You must be Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
  • You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before starting work with us.
  • You must be willing to do a Criminal Record Check.
