An exciting opportunity to work on meaningful events, programs and initiatives with a focus on improving Aboriginal engagement. We are looking for an individual who can build and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with Aboriginal people and communities.
The role involves developing and implementing policies, programs, events and resources that promote cultural understanding and respectful practices. This includes working closely with senior colleagues to provide advice on cultural matters and supporting parliamentary committees by offering valuable insights and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:

- To build and maintain strong relationships with Aboriginal people and communities.
Requirements:
- A highly organized professional with extensive experience in stakeholder and project management.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, able to share stories and messages that connect with different audiences in a clear and respectful way.
- A deep understanding of Aboriginal cultures, with a commitment to learning and growing.
Identified Role: This is an identified role under Section 14d of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 and as such Aboriginality is an essential requirement of the role.
