About The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and efficient Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing comprehensive administrative support, and contributing to business development initiatives. Your positive approach will help maintain a welcoming and organized office environment, fostering efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries and assist with travel arrangements, expenses, meeting scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
- Plan and organize company events and gatherings.
- Provide project or financial administration support as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist the business development team in developing business processes.
- Update CRM with meeting records, notes, next steps, deals, and client contact details.
- Research companies to understand their operations, financials, business news, leadership changes, and connections to C-suite members.
- Assist with general office maintenance, ensuring a clean and organized workplace.
What You Will Need To Succeed:
- Experience in business operations or a related administrative position.
- Qualification in business administration, management, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks within agreed timeframes and adapt to changing priorities.
- Well-developed communication skills with a natural ability to build great relationships with all stakeholders.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and the ability to utilize various tools and systems for enhanced efficiency.
- Knowledge of the procurement industry will be viewed favorably.
