Business Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing critical support in pricing and contracting activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, as well as driving process improvements through contract management and settlements.

Key Responsibilities:
Support pricing and contracting activities by coordinating process implementations and governance across contracts, pricing, and contracted volume and futures.
Assist with master data stewardship, contract settlement, and communications with sales account managers, strategic pricing, and customers.
Validate contract performance to ensure customers, sales, and trading are in compliance with trading requirements.
Develop knowledge of contract management processes to assist in the identification of improvement opportunities.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience ensuring data in internal systems is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ability to effectively represent the business from a commercial perspective to customers.
