Job Summary

This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between clinicians, management and IT teams. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will leverage your technical expertise to collect requirements, document them, configure systems and troubleshoot to meet user needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collect and document business requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead workshops and meetings with clinicians, managers and IT teams.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
  • Offer ongoing support and recommendations for process improvements.
Key Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a frontline healthcare setting is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is essential.
  • Familiarity with basic SQL and/or experience with HL7 and EMR/EHR systems is desirable.
