
Customer Feedback Analyst Leader

The goal of this role is to lead the analysis and interpretation of customer feedback.
This position entails owning the end-to-end management of multiple streams of customer feedback, developing insights from data, and communicating actionable findings to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical expert who can drive meaningful business outcomes through research-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback
- Developing and delivering comprehensive reports on customer sentiment and behavior
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of insights and findings
- Managing key stakeholders and building strong relationships with them
- Conducting ad-hoc customer research to inform business decisions
- Designing surveys and analysis reports to provide actionable insights
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or in managing voice of customer research programs
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to independently lead and oversee research projects from start to finish
- Experience taking a hypothesis-based problem-solving approach to data analysis
- Strong ability to translate analysis outcomes into clear and actionable insights that are presented in a visual format
