About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer cases, maintaining detailed records of interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless issue resolution and service delivery.
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and feedback, providing insights to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in creating and updating support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
