Job Opportunity:

Service Delivery Role

Join us as a Service Delivery Manager responsible for delivering operational and service level agreements, managing outsourced suppliers, and third-party contract agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement significant and complex service improvements across the client base
  • Develop and implement processes for business-wide improvements to cost and delivery of administrative processes and client/internal services
  • Create a culture and learning environment that encourages employee development and progress
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee timely resolution of operational issues
  • Provide regular reporting and feedback on business-wide adherence to client service level agreements
About You:

We seek a highly energetic and focused individual with prior experience in a leadership or management position within Facilities/Contracts environment. Ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, experience creating and delivering reports, and ability to multi-task using multiple systems tools and processes.
