Job Title:

Service Delivery Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Service Delivery Director, responsible for overseeing operational and service level agreements. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage outsourced suppliers and third-party contract agreements, and implement significant service improvements.

  • A trade qualification would be desirable, demonstrating technical expertise.
