About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their safety and satisfaction at all times.
  • Conduct ticket sales, checking and provide fare advice during train services.
  • Support station operations, including ticket sales, overseeing train departures and assisting with luggage at stations.
  • Manage coaches during planned and unplanned disruptions and events, and report any equipment or facility issues.
