Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Provide advice on region structure plans, district structure plans, and local structure plans.">
  3. Assist internal and external stakeholders on land planning strategies, programmes, and detailed action plans.">
  4. Provide input into town planning schemes, region schemes, and odour buffers and water resources protections zones responses.">
  5. Support the land development industry with feasibility enquires.">
  6. Guide land use planning agencies in their development forecasting activities.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A degree in town planning or a diploma in engineering.">
  • Demonstrated capability of investigating, assessing, and processing land use planning proposals.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Good knowledge of land use planning legislation, policies, and practices in Western Australia.">
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and demonstrate a high standard of negotiation and analytical skills.">
