Are you a detail-driven PMO Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced IT project environments?

We're looking for someone to join our clients' Project Delivery team and keep the wheels of the IT project portfolio turning smoothly.

In this role, you'll be the central link between planning, governance, reporting, and quality assurance—ensuring IT projects stay on track and deliver real results.

What You'll Do:

  • Keep project delivery framework sharp, efficient, and fit for purpose.
  • Coordinate portfolio planning, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
  • Produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Support Project Managers with financials, processes, and admin.
  • Champion quality through stage gate reviews and project health checks.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in a PMO coordination role within IT.
  • Strong planning, reporting, and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with an eye for detail.
  • A proactive team player who adapts quickly.
