Pmo Coordinator

Role Overview:Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will help maintain and evolve the project delivery framework across the IT portfolio.
Daily you'll provide coordination and administrative support for project managers, assist with portfolio reporting and support financial processes.
Weekly, you'll be involved in prioritisation activities and resource planning.
Monthly, you'll consolidate reporting packs, dashboards and financial recoveries, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.In addition, you will support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to health checks and compliance reviews, and assist in onboarding new delivery staff and contractors.
This is a hands-on role where you will directly impact the efficiency and quality of project execution.As a key member of the PMO team, you will be exposed to a wide variety of stakeholders across IT, Finance, Security and Operations.
Your ability to adapt, build rapport quickly and provide reliable support will allow you to have an immediate impact on the success of the project portfolio.
This is a chance to grow your skills in an environment where governance and delivery excellence are highly valued.Responsibilities:Maintain and improve project delivery methodologies, tools and templatesSupport prioritisation and triage for projects entering the delivery pipelineAssist with portfolio planning including resourcing and forward schedulesPrepare dashboards and management reports for senior stakeholdersConsolidate and support monthly financial reconciliations and recoveriesProvide administrative support to project managers across key lifecycle activitiesAssist with onboarding new contractors and delivery team membersFacilitate compliance reviews such as stage gates, health checks and PIRsEnsure timely adherence to reporting and finance cyclesContribute to uplift of PMO capability and maturityCandidate Profile:You bring at least three years' experience in a PMO or project coordination role, ideally within IT.
You are comfortable with governance, reporting and portfolio support activities, and have strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint ability, attention to detail and strong communication are key to success in this role.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and brings a proactive approach to problem solving.

Previous exposure to transformation or large-scale IT environments will be highly regarded.What will set you apart is your ability to bridge the gap between structure and flexibility.
