This is a permanent role with flexible work arrangements. We offer an attractive salary package, estimated at AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleYou will take accountability for the leadership, development and maintenance of clinical competency frameworks and clinical portfolios within Home Health – working with internal stakeholders to embed these frameworks and ensuring alignment to the organisation's needs and accreditation requirements.
- Develop relationships and processes to design and build clinical placement capacity and develop a clinical graduate program.
- Establish relationships with academic partners to build a trusted relationship and pursue training and research opportunities.
- Promote and participate in quality improvement activities and organisational accreditation processes.
- Take on a leadership role in developing, brokering and providing hands-on educational support and clinical teaching to nursing and care staff within each clinical portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in clinical education and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with customers, referrers, consumers and senior internal stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills and literacy.
- Experience developing education and training frameworks/programs for a geographically diverse workforce will be highly regarded.
