We are seeking skilled Project Engineers to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will possess prior civil construction experience, preferably in subdivisions and display strong technical skills in all aspects of civil engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing short-term look ahead programs, and providing input into the project schedule, status of works and reporting requirements

• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, maintaining our contractual schedule/program and ensuring timely delivery

• Managing project task financial outcomes, including overseeing project monthly forecasting and short-term cost controls to optimize project targets

• Providing daily support, supervision and feedback to field operations to achieve high-quality project outcomes aligned with company performance criteria

• Supervising daily contract administration requirements and collaborating in the negotiation and control of subcontractor and supply agreements

• Ensuring project HSEQ objectives are set, shared and adhered to create a safety culture aligned with company values

• Building lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors to improve financial and productivity outcomes

Requirements include:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry

• Subdivision experience is highly regarded, but candidates with services, roads or drainage experience are also encouraged to apply

• Possess sound knowledge and capabilities in managing and overseeing a project or assigned project section

• Confident in administering and negotiating contracts

• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and suppliers for site works

• Experience in coordinating toolbox meetings, pre-start meetings, site inductions and demonstrated commitment to HSEQ practices

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills enabling resolution of client concerns
