Job Opportunity: Administrative Professional in a Dynamic Law Firm
The Empire Group is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team in a fantastic law firm located on the Gold Coast.
About The Role:
This role offers the ideal candidate the opportunity to utilise their administrative skills in a fast-paced environment with a great culture and modern offices.
Your Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and guests to the firm, providing exceptional customer service
- Attending to incoming phone calls and messages, ensuring timely communication
- Maintaining the Boardroom and Meeting room in readiness for meetings
- Organising refreshments for guests in meeting rooms
- Ordering stationery, supplies, and other necessary materials
- Entering receipts, managing finances, and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing files, documents, and reports as needed
- General administration duties, supporting the team's success
Your Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have prior receptionist experience, preferably in a law or professional services firm. You should possess excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
