Job Description:

The role of Clinical System Support Officer is a vital position in the operational management of clinical information systems. The successful candidate will enable the optimal use of these systems through testing, implementation, and evaluation practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational management of clinical information systems.
  • Liaise with digital health services partners to deliver the Health Informatics Program.
  • Provide expert knowledge on clinical systems used throughout the organisation, including business continuity processes and system testing.
  • Manage state-wide clinical systems changes and provide first-line support to staff.
  • Analyse data to monitor and evaluate benefits realised by the introduction of clinical systems.
