Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planner to drive business growth, optimize inventory, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement end-to-end planning strategies to maximize sales and profit across multiple channels.
  2. Inventory Management: Manage stock flow to ensure core and repeat lines are always available, while planning key events and promotions.
  3. Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including buyers and direct reports, to achieve business objectives.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. 10+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry
  2. Advanced Excel and planning system skills
  3. Strong analytical, strategic, and collaboration abilities
  4. A detail-oriented, proactive mindset that thrives in a dynamic retail environment
