Job Title

A Technical Support Engineer position is available to own, investigate and solve customer technical issues.

The role involves collaborating with teams, leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices to deliver seamless support experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, and 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role and on technical projects.

  • Windows 2012 R2 , 2016, 2019 & 2022 server

Australian Citizenship is preferred, and language skills in Korean, Japanese or Chinese/Mandarin are desired.

The role requires the ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements, including a Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
