About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to provide daily support to clients, assisting them in their day-to-day lives by encouraging participation in personal care, companionship, driving, community access, and domestic assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assisting with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Accompanying clients on outings and providing transportation
  • Supporting clients with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A mature outlook and ability to work independently
  • Aged care or NDIS services background and experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
  • A current driver's license and a roadworthy vehicle
