Strategic Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team.
This newly created role is designed to expand our footprint in the residential and small commercial sectors, driving business growth and strengthening our position as an industry leader.
Main Responsibilities:
- Win new business and expand our customer base in the residential and small commercial markets through proactive relationship-building and strategic account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve market share.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to a high-performing sales culture by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent business development skills, innovative and strategic thinking, a passion for customer service, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
