We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to fill the role of Key Account Manager. This newly created position will play a vital part in expanding our footprint in the residential and small commercial sectors, strengthening our position as an industry leader.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships with clients. This will involve wining new business opportunities, collaborating with colleagues, and driving efficiencies and innovation throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base in the residential and small commercial markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving growth and revenue through effective account management.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and innovation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional business development skills, innovative and strategic thinking, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the building and construction industry.
- Excellent business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Innovative and strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and execute effective plans and strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
