**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Parking Enforcement Officer to join our Community Laws team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing effective and efficient Parking Enforcement services across the municipality.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive remuneration package. You will be equipped with a tool of trade vehicle and work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service skills and demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and dealing with the public in complex situations.
  • Exercise self-motivation, initiative and produce work outcomes in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to relate to others both within the organisation and outside of it.
  • Assist in writing reports and preparing evidence for court.
  • Demonstrate commitment to a team philosophy and willingness to participate in the continuous improvement of work practices.
