About our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support to join our National Commercial Estimation Hub on the Gold Coast. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to the project team and work closely with customers, including contract administrators, site supervisors, managers, builders, developers, subcontractors, and architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, contracts, and agreements
  • Interpret building plans, including plan takeoff and specification review
  • Coordinate product deliveries according to agreed construction timeframes
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and issues, troubleshooting problems and creating innovative solutions
  • Generate sales reports

About You

We are looking for an experienced sales support or project support professional with a background in the building industry. You will be a well-organized team player who enjoys working collaboratively, is pragmatic in your approach to customer service, and appreciates the importance of attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Windows or building industry experience, preferably with exposure to plan takeoffs
  • Past experience supporting a sales team, advantageous
  • Ability to quickly gain competency with our CRM SAP and V6 software
