Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders and the P&C team to support people strategies and events.
  • Influence and contribute to P&C projects and initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including performance, conduct, and behaviour.
  • Provide day-to-day advice on people-related matters and policy guidance.
  • Support HR analytics and insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
  • Partner with P&C centres of excellence to deliver holistic solutions.

To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related discipline, minimum 2-3 years of experience providing high-level support to internal stakeholders, understanding of HR best practice principles and employment laws, and solid stakeholder management skills.
