Travel Product Leader

We are seeking an experienced product leader to join our team and ignite a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and external contracting processes to support our product strategy.
  • Negotiate high-level deals with key suppliers to deliver product range and long-term business growth.
  • Liaise with tourism partners for ongoing contract negotiation.
  • Work closely with airline partners to deliver tactical airfares that drive margin and volume.
  • Manage contra and add fee advertising budgets, reviewing performance against agreed targets.
  • Diligently grow commissions.
  • Deliver accurate product information to the marketing team and customer consultants via Operations Manager and Reservations Training Manager.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional negotiation skills at all levels.
  • A performance-driven attitude along with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven strategic thinking experience.
  • A proven ability to manage campaign timelines with key internal stakeholders.
  • A supportive, positive attitude and customer focus.
