About Our Initiative

This immersive experience is designed for early-career talent, offering an 18-month development program to develop skills, gain cross-functional exposure, and work on impactful projects. Business Unit Overview

The team responsible for customer-facing activities across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa drives business strategy, sales, business development, and product management. Our goal is to execute business strategies effectively while expanding and diversifying our product offerings to better serve customers.

Your Role:
  • Analyse Market & Customer Data – Leverage data tools to extract insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Engage with Clients – Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with diverse stakeholders across different areas of the organisation and quickly gain exposure to business development, account management & product management.
  • Grow with Mentorship & Training – Receive structured learning opportunities and hands-on coaching.
  • Make an Immediate Impact – Take on meaningful responsibilities that contribute to business success from the get-go.
Career Paths:

We are hiring for three career paths. When applying, please indicate your first and second preference. While your primary path determines your focus, we encourage cross-functional collaboration.

1. Sales & Business Development: Focus on attracting new clients and managing ongoing customer relationships, providing strategic insights and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

2. Product Management & Solutions: Develop tailored product solutions that meet client needs, optimising Mastercard's product offerings, refining go-to-market strategies, and ensuring continuous innovation.

3. Delivery & Implementation (Technology Account Management): Oversee the technology and operational relationships with key customers, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree (graduating between July 2026 and February 2027).
  • Able to start work on February 2, 2027.

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
