Job Description

This is a leadership role that oversees the management of IS infrastructure services. The position requires strategic thinking and strong governance skills to drive an evergreen strategy for our global technology operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service contracts for operational suppliers, providing regular status reports on service delivery.
  • Establish effective governance and management of these services.
  • Oversee the maintenance of global IS infrastructure services within agreed performance metrics.
  • Support regionally located services by applying standard practices for networks, telecommunications, and end-user computing.
  • Manage and continuously improve IS operational service delivery through a combination of internal teams and third-party providers.
  • Provide rapid and proactive support for VIP services as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading global technology operations teams and services.
  • Strong background in standardising practices across global sites for efficiency and scale.
  • Deep understanding of IT service management and governance, including ITIL principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and performance frameworks.
  • Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering concurrent projects.
  • Confident in managing business change and engaging stakeholders.
  • Broad exposure to enterprise infrastructure and applications.
  • Collaborative approach to working with Architecture on standards and lifecycle planning.
  • Adhere to compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Experience working in or alongside related disciplines such as supply chain, telecommunications, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with vendor management frameworks in large, complex environments.
  • Exposure to operating within large-scale transformational programs.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience in an IS/IT technical area.
