Lead Outside School Hours Care Director

About the Role- Lead your own OSHC service, providing quality care and programs for children before and after school, as well as during holidays.
- Create engaging programs using industry-leading tools, fostering a fun and supportive atmosphere.
- Be the face of TheirCare within the school community, building positive relationships with families and educators.
- Mentor and develop your team of educators, helping them grow within the industry.
- Rostering and administrative tasks will be supported by your Area Manager.
- You are an engaging individual passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships are essential.
- Previous experience in childcare/OSHC is preferred but not necessary.
- A recognized qualification in teaching, childcare, or community services is required, such as ACECQA certification.
- An Employee Working with Children's Check is mandatory, along with a valid HLTAID012 First Aid certificate and National Criminal History Check.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. TheirCare offers a range of benefits, including up to 95% discount on enrolment fees, extensive training opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
