To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Certificate IV in Disability (desired but not essential)
- Previous experience in Disability Support and knowledge of the sector
- Providing quality care and support that empowers people with disabilities to live their chosen lifestyle
- Passion for person-centred care
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current Victorian Driver's License
- NDIS Check, WWC, and Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate are essential
