As a seasoned Comparison Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Australians by providing expert advice on superannuation and retirement planning.

We're seeking motivated individuals who are eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you're driven by aggressive commission structures and want to be part of a business that genuinely prioritizes customer value, this role is perfect for you.

  • Lucrative commission potential
  • $60K Base + Super + Commission
  • OTE $200K

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with financial advisors on a daily basis
  2. Follow up with individuals who have requested a call back in relation to their superannuation
  3. Run through a wide range of different questions ensuring compliance is met and provide options for the individual or couple to choose from
  4. Provide an excellent level of customer care
  5. Work towards team and individual KPIs
  6. Support from Team Leaders to ensure success

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience will be highly regarded
  • An excellent attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • A strong communicator verbally
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Resilience and high effort level
