Knowledge Specialist Role Overview

This is a key operational position that will support the Plum Operations and Workplace Super Core Client First teams.

  • The primary point of contact for complex scenarios.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by coordinating and leading meetings with both internal and external parties.
  • Contribute to team capability uplift by contributing to the design and delivery of training and coaching programs.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and internal knowledge resources.
  • Contribute to projects and audits, including product updates, regulatory changes, and internal/external audit requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Skills and Qualifications
  • A solid understanding of superannuation fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of systems, including SUPERB, PACE, and AWD.
  • Strong expertise in superannuation and pension product offerings.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering effective training sessions and presentations.
  • Excellent written communication and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and managing small-to-medium projects.
