The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Accumulation and Retirement Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for key operational activities and tracking vendor performance to deliver optimal superannuation outcomes and a streamlined member experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely resolution of enquiries, escalations, or concerns, providing Members with the necessary support to resolve their issue effectively.
  • Drive operational incident management and resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Identify and provide feedback on opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, and operational efficiency, resulting in cost savings and enhanced productivity.
  • Support the Accumulation and Retirement Services Lead in driving operational efficiency and Trustee oversight, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
  • You have hands-on experience in superannuation operations, ideally from a superannuation administration or Trustee office background, allowing you to hit the ground running.
  • You possess a deep understanding of super legislation and the SIS Act, enabling you to navigate complex regulatory requirements.
  • You have a proven track record in operations and process improvement, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • You possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • You have experience in incident management and resolution, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing business continuity.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions.
  • You have the ability to guide junior team members, providing mentorship and support to ensure their success.
