Regulatory Specialist Role Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will gain exposure to complex and intriguing superannuation and financial services regulatory and advisory work in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice to superannuation funds on major regulatory change projects;
  • Assisting clients in their response to regulatory investigations and prosecutions, including significant APRA and ASIC proceedings;
  • Offering guidance on large complex superannuation fund mergers;
  • Delivering insights on superannuation and investment regulatory requirements and licensing, disclosure, and compliance requirements of the Australian financial services regime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience working in superannuation or financial services with a leading top-tier firm, national or international firm, or an in-house team;
  • Passion for specializing in superannuation and financial services regulatory work with a focus on clients in the superannuation sector;
  • Excellent academics and a strong desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
