About Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking committed and reliable individuals to join our team as Assistant Border Force Officers at the APS Level 2 classification. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in protecting Australia's border and facilitating the legitimate movement of people and goods.

As an Assistant Border Force Officer, you will be responsible for performing duties in a fast-paced, high-volume operating environment. You will represent the Australian Border Force in frontline operational areas, dealing directly with members of the public, including foreign travellers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team will enable you to provide exceptional service to our clients.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including superannuation benefits and flexible working conditions. The estimated salary for this position is between $54,439.00 and $61,245.00 per annum, plus 15.4% superannuation. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, employee assistance programs, and a comprehensive leave entitlement.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this position, you must be an Australian citizen. You will also be required to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting (AGSVA) security clearance and an Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC).
