Digital Learning Strategist

We are seeking a strategic learning leader to design and deliver innovative training solutions that drive business outcomes.
This role requires strong expertise in digital skills training, adult learning principles, and training design. The successful candidate will lead executive-level conversations with clients, influence HR and L&D stakeholders, and develop strategic learning strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital skill trends, experience working with blended learning platforms, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to meet client objectives
- Design and deliver training programs that drive business results
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape learning solutions
- Lead tender responses and key account reviews
- 3–5 years' experience in IT/technology sector, particularly in training and development
- Strong understanding of digital skill trends in corporate and government sectors
- Background in training design, facilitation, or adult learning principles
- Proven experience influencing HR and L&D stakeholders at executive level
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
