Mental Health Information Support Role


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide patient information system management, data analysis and reporting support to meet health service objectives.

This role will play a vital part in managing patient information systems and delivering insightful data analysis to support health service objectives and standards.

The successful candidate will administer and maintain key information management systems such as CIMHA, RiskMan, HBCIS, FirstNet, and ieMR, proactively resolving issues in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient information systems to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive data analysis and reports to evaluate performance against KPIs, National Standards, and funding models.
  • Provide expert advice, help desk support, and training on CIMHA and other applications to empower the workforce.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with hospital systems (CIMHA, HBCIS, iEMR, AMHS applications).

Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex health data, with knowledge of or willingness to learn Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting needs.

Strong problem-solving skills, logical approach to system management, and excellent communication skills to tailor training and coaching to diverse audiences.
