Job Role

We are seeking a professional who will make a positive impact on our clients' lives as they navigate their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and tech-savvy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You will work on a 12-month contract basis, utilizing your approach to continue building on our goal of being 'Great people to know.'

The ideal candidate will be confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously. They must have well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills.

You should be able to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail.

  • Underwriting knowledge is desirable but not necessary.
  • Understanding of the general insurance industry is also desirable but not necessary.
