Animal Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Animal Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and advice to pet owners.
About the Role:
- Provide expert advice on animal health and wellness products.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Train and coach the store team to achieve excellent customer service and business results.
- Maintain store organization and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases.
- Handle opening and closing of the store, including security tasks.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A natural love for animals and people.
- At least two years' experience working in a high-volume retail environment.
- Friendly, patient, and eager to help.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
